I was having some issues with a client google analytics eCommerce Source Medium Tracking. I was looking over the web and could not find a clear answer, but luckily I found a good article on PayPal Referral. We are using CyberSource payments which is pretty much the same thing.

To exclude a URL from Analytics:

1) Visit the Admin on Google Analytics

2) Go to Tracking Info

3) Go to Referral Exclusion List

4. Enter the Domain Name: secureacceptance.cybersource.com 

This will eliminate the domain as a medium/source and your real sources will start to populate.
